This 1951 Siata Daina 1400 Berlinetta is a matching numbers example thats been patiently awaiting a straightforward restoration. The aluminum body is stripped of paint and complete. The front and rear bumpers are missing but its otherwise a very complete car. Its mechanically complete as well but some of the instruments are missing. Its elegant shape alone makes it a project well worth the effort.
In 1951, SIATA introduced the Daina Sport, a sports car with bodywork built by the famous coachbuilder Stabilimenti Farina. It was a beautifully designed car with streamlined bodywork and striking chrome details.
