1949 Mercury Lead Sled finished in Dark Red with Gold Ghost Flames and a Grey interior. Powered by a 255c.i. Flathead V8 engine and backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. The 49 Merc was a true postwar design coming from Mercury. Almost everything about the car changed from the 1948 model year.
