This 1959 Ford Fairlane 500 Galaxie Sunliner is a gorgeous, frame off restored 50s convertible that is ready for some serious summer cruising. In 1959, the Ford Motor Company completely redesigned the majority of its product offerings. The new-look 59 Fords were understated, compared to the other Big Three American manufacturers, yet the Fords were classy and elegant. In fact, the 1959 Fords won the Gold Medal for Exceptional Styling at the Brussels World Fair and were deemed one of the most beautiful Fords ever built. At the nose, the 59 Fords featured flatter-looking hoods, new grilles and flatter front fenders housing a pair of dual headlights on each side.
