This 1973 Land Rover Series III is presented in classic Land Rover Green over a Tan Interior. This
impressive Land Rover retains striking originality, while also being the beneficiary of a full frame off
restoration performed less than 2000 miles ago in 2015/2016. The result is a Land Rover that appears strikingly un-
aged, and is ready to be enjoyed by its next owner. Previously owned by a collector in North Carolina,
the car is entirely rust free and the frame appears as new. The four cylinder engine fires up instantly and
idles with ease. The 4 speed manual transmission shifts well, courtesy of a new clutch. The Land Rover
recently received about $13,000 in servicing from a new clutch, rebuilt differential, and carburetor
rebuild. The result is a Land Rover that is ready to be used and enjoyed.
Currently, the are some minor indentations from a hail storm which the previous owner kept since he liked the patina
however, they can be taken out easily with PDR. This is the dream beach-town
runabout. The car comes with service records, spare wheel, and soft top.
